Terms of service

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Website: The online store available at www.lafibreartisanale.tn, which sells interior design and decoration products (rugs, wall art, baskets, hats, etc.) to individual customers.

  • User: Any individual or legal entity who browses or uses the Website.

  • Client: Any User who creates an account and/or places an order on the Website.

  • LA FIBRE ARTISANALE: A registered trademark of LISTA MONDE, a French company (SIREN: 915 277 255 RCS Paris), headquartered at 6 rue d'Armaillé, 75017 Paris, VAT: FR09915277255.

  • Personal Data: Any information voluntarily provided by the User or Client or collected during the use of the Website.

  • Order Confirmation: The validation of an order by the Client, indicating full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. PURPOSE

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between LA FIBRE ARTISANALE and the Client. They apply to all purchases made via the Website.

3. ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, the Client confirms they have read and accepted these Terms of Service. This agreement does not require a handwritten signature. A confirmed order via the Website constitutes a digital signature with legal value.

4. LEGAL CAPACITY

Clients declare they have legal capacity to enter into a contract, i.e. they are of legal age or emancipated minors and are not protected under Article 488 of the French Civil Code.

5. PRODUCTS

All products listed on the Website are available for sale, subject to stock. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and photos, slight variations in color or appearance may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Clients are responsible for verifying that the ordered products can be delivered and installed at their chosen address. Delivery through windows or non-standard access points is not available.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify the Client promptly. The Client may choose a delayed delivery or a full refund.

7. PRICING

All prices are listed in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT, and valid at the time of order. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout. LA FIBRE ARTISANALE reserves the right to update prices at any time.

For international orders, prices exclude local duties and taxes, which are the Client's responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier.

8. PAYMENT

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay

9. SECURE PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed securely using Shop Pay and PayPal. All payment data is encrypted and transmitted securely. Neither LA FIBRE ARTISANALE nor its payment processors store your card information after the transaction.

10. DELIVERY

We offer free worldwide delivery via DHL.

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 business days, depending on destination and season. Delivery may be subject to delays due to weather, customs, or other external factors.

A signature is required upon delivery. If the Client is unavailable, a delivery notice will be provided with pick-up instructions.

11. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP & RISK

Ownership of goods is transferred once full payment is received. However, the risk (loss or damage) passes to the Client upon receipt of the goods. In the event of damage or tampering upon delivery, the Client must immediately notify the courier and LA FIBRE ARTISANALE.

12. GUARANTEE

Our products are covered under French consumer protection laws (Articles L211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In case of defects or non-conformity, the Client is entitled to repair, replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of the relevant invoice(s). If no invoice is provided, only the standard postal rate will be refunded.

13. LIABILITY

LA FIBRE ARTISANALE is not responsible for:

  • Interruptions or technical problems related to the internet.

  • External websites accessed via links on the Website.

  • Force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, transport issues, etc.).

In the event of force majeure, we will notify the Client within 7 days. If the disruption continues beyond 15 days, the Client may request a cancellation.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website (text, images, layout, logos, etc.) is the intellectual property of LA FIBRE ARTISANALE. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the case will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.
