Shipping policy

LA FIBRE ARTISANALE ships throughout Europe and internationally. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

We offer free worldwide delivery via our logistics partner, DHL. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and time of year. Please note that these timeframes are indicative and may be subject to delays due to external factors such as weather conditions or customs clearance.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to receive the package, a delivery notice will be left with the date of the attempted delivery and the location where the parcel can be collected (valid ID will be required).

For international orders, all prices are listed in Euros and include VAT. However, customs duties and any additional local taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.
