We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from La Fibre Artisanale.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

This 30-day period is a commercial policy and is more generous than the legal minimum right of withdrawal in the European Union (14 days).

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • returned in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • defective item

  • damaged during transport

  • incorrect item delivered

In these cases, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We may request photos to evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • custom-made or made-to-order products

  • personalized products

  • sale items

  • gift cards

These items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection law when applicable.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

However, La Fibre Artisanale offers a 30-day return window, which is more generous than the legal requirement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
