Refund policy

If the Client is not entirely satisfied with the items(s) ordered, they have the right to return the item(s) within 30 clear days of the date the order is delivered. As stated in Article L121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code, if the 30 -day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, a public holiday or a non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

Before proceeding to the return, the customer will have to email contact@lafibreartisanale.tn with the pictures of the products to schedule a return.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. LA FIBRE ARTISANALE will not accept the return of products that have been soiled, damaged, scratched, stained or washed. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client. The Client will bear the costs of returning any such products.

Purchases made outside of Europe are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity of the delivered product.

In the case of a cancellation, the Client has 30 days to return the product(s) purchased. In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-21-4 of the Consumer Code, in the case of a return, accepted by LA FIBRE ARTISANALE,  the Client will be reimbursed on the card used for the purchase within a maximum of one month from the day on which LA Fiber ARTISAN ALE receives the products(s) and confirms that they comply with the relevant provisions for return.

Exclusion: In accordance with the Article L.221-28 of the Consumer code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal regarding products made to order or which are personalized. Fabrics and made to order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
